Great colour easy to applyThe instructions were clear and the process to choose was really well thought out so the kit arrived everything went very smoothly. I did get a bit of banding in the ends, but quite minor and more to do with my hair specifically and not the product or application. GO TO MADISON REED INSTEADThis was the 2nd chance I gave to ESALON. The 1st one- wrong color, covered only a few grays & FRIED MY SCALP. They gave me a refund & sent a new kit - which I appreciated however- same experience!! This time it fried my hair!! The only other time this has happened is when I bought some dye from store that only costed $2 so obviously esalons quality is that of a 2 dollar box of dye! Good product but I didn’t want a monthly subscriptionI wanted to try this product but I only wanted a one time purchase. Though it’s a good product and easy to use and I would buy again, I’m planning on going back to my hairdressers and I didn’t want a monthly esalon subscription. My plan says it’s off but esalon are still trying to take money out of my account hence the 3 stars and so far I’ve not been able to find a way of being able to contact them about this matter. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
