Best at-home experienceI've been trying to figure out the perfect way to color my hair without spending $150+ at a salon. I decided to give eSalon a try after reading about other at-home custom hair color kits. I truly enjoyed the process of selecting my color - It felt more tailored than other online custom hair color brands. The kit arrived in 5 days, and I decided to set aside a Saturday morning to color with no interruptions. From start to finish, the process was very easy. Previously when I colored my hair at home 5+ years ago, I would apply color all over from the very beginning. Since I had previously had my hair colored 5 months ago, I still had some color remaining. The instructions were very helpful in understanding why I should color my roots for 30 minutes, and then refresh to the ends for a few minutes to avoid going too dark all over.
