Second order missing applicator and did not cover.Second order was missing applicator. Left roots showing even though I applied more at hairline and left on longer as per staff. Lower rating than first. First order color looked great for the first few days. Then the roots started showing more quickly than they could have grown. I had visible roots within a week and the color had deteriorated in 10 days. It is cheaper than salon but at this rate it requires an application every 2 weeks rather than my usual 3 to 4. LOVE LOVE LOVEI love this product! I am 52 years old and have quite a lot of grey/white hair especially at the roots. The roots are completely colored, color last between dying (every 5 weeks) and much cheaper than a salon. I get quite a few compliments on my hair color.
