You added more copper to my color at my request...I LOVE IT... I was tired of the blond white gray color that I had for several years and now feel bright and spring-like for an 'oldie' like me. Thank you! Connie B

My glasses bottle spilled out in my box & on my directions. When I called the lady on the other end apologized & said she'd send a replacement. The replacement shipment came in just a few days. Amazing customer service!

Absolutely brilliant even better than I’ve had in salons and I have to use certain products on my hair as I suffer with seborrhoea dandruff , other colours I’ve had of the shelf and hairdressers have faded so bad after a few washes but this is fabulous it takes ages to fade even a wee bit . Love it and highly recommend
