Colour does not match my brief. I asked for natural and my colour is fake copperI’m actually embarrassed by the colour of my hair now. It looks awful. It’s Darker and with a cheap looking fake copper colour which is much more pronounced where I have greys. It looks purple on my hair line. I asked for a natural looking auburn colour. Now I have 2 toned hairNot only did it NOT cover the gray, but I didn't get enough hair color in my latest order, which was a lighter color. Now the top looks unnaturally light, and the ends are darker. I'm going to have to start wearing a hat! I feel like this was done to me personally. Didn’t cover allThe color only work on some parts of the top of my head. The rest of my hair didn’t change color at all. I followed the directions buy it just didn’t work.
