Amazing color - saving so much moneyHello Esalon, I would like to send you some feedback. I was recommended to you by a coworker, I was hesitant to say the least. I thought to get a good color you had to pay at least $300 at a salon. I sent in my request and thought there was no way that you could match the color i wanted, boy way i wrong. The color you sent me was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the product was like a salon. My outcome was shiny and beautiful hair in the color I wanted. I used to spend so much money just to get my roots done and this is such an amazing option for a very reasonable price. Universal leave in conditionerI used for the first time this morning. I have very fine hair so I rarely use conditioner. It flattens my hair. Rubbish!Complete wrong colour , I ordered mahogany copper, when the dye was on it went dark purple when I was the dye out my hair is now a dark brown and the ends r a diffrent colour! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Excellent, natural colori have been a client of esalon.com for many, many years and have gone through numerous changes...i like this product, i like the way my hair feels after coloring, i like the outcome...what i don't like is that there is no option to either "pause" orders (there used to be) or even cancel...as i am now older, i want my grey to come through, but apparently esalon now traps you into a lifelong commitment, perhaps even intending to send product after death...customers have a right to easily leave subscriptions...esalon does not seem to think so 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Quite pleased!I am very impressed with the quality and results of my hair color. The color turned out well and the condition of my hair is excellent. Just what I wanted, bright and natural looking.! I will probably aim to go a little lighter in the future but I am quite happy with it right now. The only problems I encountered was having difficulty squeezing the color onto my hair ( will try the bowl method next time) and having a shipment leak on me. I did receive a new color kit without question which I really appreciate.
