Doesn’t cover grayThis is my second order in the last 30 days of these products the first order i left them on for 45 mins and it didn’t cover my gray so i ordered my next batch early and applied again but this time left it on my hair for an hour and it still didn’t cover my gray. Color adjustmentI’m satisfied with the results. I feel as though I need to wear a mask before I put on the second formula! Even with the fan going on for ventilation, the fumes are very strong. Just started using it.The ammonia was to much and my skin is very sensitive. Started to get burning sensation on my scalp. Had to wash it out immediately. I ended up giving my second batch of coloring to a friend. I won't be ordering again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Found the perfect color !I love eSalon. My first order, choosing from the color samples, wasn't at all what I was aiming for. I sent customer service an email with my concerns and they were wonderful. They set up a phone call with the colorist and I was able to explain what I was looking for. The second coloring was much better but still needed a few tweaks. Again they listened and adjusted and on the third try it was perfect ! Exactly what I was looking for. And the grey, or rather white, in my hair is covered and stays covered ! It's truly wonderful. It does not wash out like I have had in the past, even with salon dyed hair. Towards the time I need to re-dye my hair, it gets lighter but the white hairs do not come through. So when the color fades a bit it just looks more like highlights instead of grey/white.
