Nothing like what I orderedWent for darkest ash brown I’m light ginger every time I wash I’m getting lighter and lighter I’m actually horrified I’ve gone from cool tone darkest brown naturally and only wanted to get rid of my greys now I’m ginger greys not covered and I’m lighter than my natural colour I specifically said in my stylist notes I didn’t want harsh red tones and colour that lifted very red and I feel like I was given that as an inside joke disappointed is an understatement 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. NAILED IT!!I'm a natural redhead - well I used to be before the gray started. At any rate, it's not a typical red, but more of a copper/gold and it's been nearly impossible the last few years to find a stylist to get it right (my previous stylist retired). I tried an older formula (Wella) and it didn't color the gray well. I had tried eSalon once previously during Covid I think - decided to go back and see if they could fix this mess (another stylist left me with damage and hot roots). Did not do muchApplied hair colour like in the videos and left it for a while, after washing the hair it did not cover the grey hairs and there wasn’t much of a difference on the rest of the hair, also it came with little amount of colour, for thick long hair it wasn’t enough. PerfectI used to naturally have red in my dark brown hair. As I've gotten older, it's lost the red and began to gray. I wanted to get back toy natural color and was a little nervous working with red.
