Amazing as always.Will never go back to Sally’s color. This stuff is the best I have ever used. And I’m so spoiled now having it sent straight to my door. Easy to use and great color match!I am super happy with my entire eSalon experience! I used my first order two weeks ago and the color match was fantastic, I have been doing all over color and highlights in a salon for the last decade. I did the root only technique and it completely covered my grays and gave me natural highlights that blended really well with the rest of my hair. I missed a spot at the back of my head, I called to get advice and was sent a complimentary second order to redo the parts I had missed! Compliments from pros all the timeBeen using eSalon for years. I always get compliments on my hair..thank you for such a great product that gives the same results each time. I love my color care rep who is always willing to adjust my color. If you use box color- STOP!! this is a better, easier, less expensive way to get results. I get comments all the time- especially from pros- they love that it's not just one color but many tones, to give movement and depth each time I color. Perfect color and qualityI love the custom color. I looked and looked for the right color for years. This is my dream color and I get so many compliments on my dark firey auburn. The product has amazing coverage and minimal fading. Overall the quality of the dye and packaging items is high end. ImpressedWas secpeital in trying an E Salon product but I have to say I'm impressed. So far I'm loving the coverage (white/gray) & the color is next to a prefect match. The kit along w/ videos was helpful and included everything I needed. I'll be watching to see how long it last. fingers crossed : )When rinsining the color out I did notice I had somewhat of a difficult time. Not sure why.....but it seemed like it took a long time. At one point I thought it was not going to rinse out so I used shampoo to help with the process. Not sure if this hurt the color but it doesn't seem like it. Best home coloring kit ever!I love the ease of auto delivery & the price is right! Great number of color selections which makes it easy to choose a color you like!
