Day 2 eval - First Time UserSo far so good. Perfect color and it's true from roots to ends. First impression is this is not another "box color" product. The easy to use kit includes clear instructions, and all the "extras" you get at a salon at a fraction of the price. Request for Slightly Lighter ShadeI had asked the colorist to mix a slightly lighter shade as I want to achieve a lighter colour over the next year but gradually. I loved it, and it's so easy!Gentle color, excellent instructions, and long-lasting! The color was perfect, and specified to my needs. I was worried about my fine, dry hair, and wanted to be careful. It was very gentle and turned out beautifully! I love how they analyze a photo, along with your requests, to help them zero in on your color requests!
