Great CoverageThis product gave me great coverage on my extremely resistant grays....the best I have ever been able attain even by going to the salon. Unfortunately, the product has soy in it and I am extremely allergic to it, so I had to stop using it (gave me bad scalp rash). So Disappointed :-(. First timer!I like the color a lot. It looks rich and turned out great. The packaging was lovely as well. A couple things that were disappointing. I would have loved to have hair clips in the package. As I do not own any and thought this would be a inclusive set. Vibrance never fafedI am more impressed than I thot possible. If my hair would stop growing I'd almost never need to color again for quite a while. Off the shelf color brands do not even have 10% of the lasting power and color that eSalon has. I've paid $100 from an excellent salon that matches this lasting color. I really liked it . Here are the resonsSo as most of us during quaretine we could not access hair colour that wast from the drug store I typically would purchase my hair colour from a supply store. I tried to order it online but the cost for shipping was stupid. I had seen a bunch of adds for esalon and watched a couple of videos so decided to give it a try And these are the reasons why I liked it 1. They thought of everything you would need including stain remover. 2. It actually smelled pretty good. Most hair colour has a terrible chemical smell trying to be covered by perfume. This didn't . 3. The colour actually washed out of my hair and didn't continue to bleed on the everything. DisappointedI was under the impression, Esalon color was supposed to be equal to salon color.....it isn't. My roots, when using box color, turn an ugly blondish red, the salon colorist explained why, it has to do with the developer box color uses, opposed to what salons use, when I get my hair colored at the salon, its all one color, no ugly blonde red roots. I used the eSalon today, with high hopes, to my dismay......ugly blonde red roots, so now my hair is two colors. Plus, its such a hassle to get into the shower to finish up, you can't pour the water over your hair, with your head tilted back, don't tilt far enough, you end up pouring it down your face, tilt too far back, the water doesn't pour down your hair, it pours directly onto the shower floor. You're supposed to use plastic clips to hold the sections of hair, the clips are not included, something you don't know when you buy, but you need them, so, you have to go try and find some. I canceled the auto ship before I even used the product, for other reasons, but, I would have anyway, after having used it. Editing previous review.......after less than 2 weeks of using this product, I'm already seeing a lot of grey coming back and, my hair looks ugly and faded. Terrible Experience. Item never receivedUSPS never received my order. I spoke with multiple people at USPS and they told me to let seller know to physically take the package to the post office. When I called eSalon, I was dismissed rudely by representative Staphanie E. Please refund my money. I found an alternative solution for my hair.
