perfectThis was my first experience with esalon.com I loved everything about this experience from start to finish. I found it helpful to add pictures of my current hair color and a picture of what color I was hoping to achieve. I had pretty damaged hair from a terrible experience in a salon and was fed up with the salon experience. I was worried coloring my hair again would damage it further. However after coloring my hair with the esalon kit my hair turned out beautiful, shiny with no fall out and I achieved exactly the color I wanted. The whole process was very easy and the personalized instructions were very helpful. The color didn't stain my skin and didn't smell of heavy chemicals which I appreciated. Customer services was excellent. I will definitely be telling my friends about esalon and using this services again. Very PleasedI'm so happy I found eSalon. My color lasts, the gray is covered, there is no fading, and my hair has a shine I never achieved with other hair color either boxed or in the salon.
