Love LOVE Love !I, really enjoy receiving my custom hair color in the mail and being able to do my hair as I have the time. Initially skeptical but worked like a charm.Hannah D is a beast. I came in with medium brown hair with caramel or honey highlights and grays galore. I was looking to go darker brown with a hint of red which i have done numerous times in the past but always at a salon. I've had mixed results previously. When done right, i absolutely LOVE it...other times it came out purple. I left comments about my experiences, what i was looking for and what i thought my choice was. Hannah D responded with a lighter than i had chosen color due to my skin tone from pictures i had posted. She had offered the option that they would take me darker at no charge if it wasn't dark enough for me. The color came in quick after she changed this and needless to say i was nervous. I am no PRO at applying, in fact quite the opposite. My hair was all mangled and i was convinced this was going to be an absolute disaster while waiting for my ten minutes. Despite my ineptitude at application, the color was stunning. I can't believe it came from a box and from someone behind a computer screen with a photo and my crazy description of what i was looking for. Lasting natural colorI was using another online color company but my color seemed to start washing away within a week. I thought my hair was growing incredibly fast.
