Ordered last yearI finally used the first kit last night! (skeptical much? lol) And it worked PERFECTLY!! My head was covered with silver/grey all over but I see none and made my hair very silky and smoothe! I am mixed race so my hair is bit stubborn so I am amazed with this product. Great mix of color. It took a couple of adjustments.One thing I love is that you get to fine-tune your color. It took a couple times of me coloring to figure out exactly the color tone I wanted. Nothing I had to "fix". Quality and convenienceI was really skeptical to go back to DIY "box-color" again, especially since going blonder this way in the past left me looking yellow... but this was much different. Salon-quality color (with tons of options), great gray coverage, and leaves hair looking and feeling healthier. Customer service is also great- I wanted to make a slight adjustment to my first color and they delivered exactly what I wanted.
