Flawless and dependable as always!I’ve colored 5 times with e salon. I was originally a client with another mail order color company that went out of business. One of the other very popular mail order companies didn’t have colors in the range that appealed to me, so esalon won my business and has kept me coming back with excellent customer service. This time I emailed back and forth quite a bit with a representative because I wanted to go darker. I’m so impressed with how quickly they respond and how helpful they are. Id have gone too dark if I’d chosen the color myself. If I could change one thing, I wish the color lasted longer on my gray roots, but we have crazy hard water that’s softened which I know is a downer for color, so all things considered, it’s the longest lasting I’ve found. 0 of 1 people found this review helpful. Professional looking colorLove eSalon! I was pretty intimidated coloring my own hair and using an at home product, but eSalon made it so easy and the color looks like I just came from a salon. I get compliments from strangers and people ask about the color. My hair feels soft and conditioned after coloring and lasts for weeks. No Brass, all Sass!I have been coloring my hair for too many years. I am still refusing to go grey... just because I can. When I was purchasing hair color from stores I was always so disappointed and after a short time felt the color always showed as brassy. My natural youthful hair color is dark brown. Over the past 5 years I have adjusted by color on multiple occasions from dark brown to what is now a darker blond/fair. With each small change E-salon has gotten it right every time.
