ShippingRidiculous. Autoship doesn’t help. It takes basically three weeks to receive anything. Switching to another company. Also, way too much single use plastic. BrilliantThanks so much. I had terrible roots from my highlights growing out during lockdown. I was worried about colouring previously coloured hair but the kit I received had a free extra bottle to make sure the result was even and it worked perfectly! Happy customer!Someone had recommended Esalon to me so thought I’d give it a try. So happy I did! I picked my hair color and then spoke to a hair colorist over the phone to fine tune the choice I had made. Once I received the color kit-it was easy to mix and apply. Surprised at how much I liked it!I’ve been using the same box at-home hair color for years and it was recently discontinued so I’ve been in a panic to find something I love just as much. I thought the color selection process was simple and I left a note about making an adjustment - I have no idea how those are used or if they really affect anything - but I used my kit and really love the results. The root color was spot on - probably more ‘natural’ looking than my old color which always started intense but faded to a place I really liked. The second bottle of color for my ends is what I really loved. It was lighter and more golden than the roots and gave my hair lots of dimension and shine.
