Nice, but not the results I wantedThe packaging was eye catching and even fun to open. The instructions, which I followed to a T, were very clear and in easy-to-read print. The shampoo and conditioner had a pleasant smell. Everything was delightful until my hair dried, and I could see that the color was not the warm golden blond that I was hoping for and have obtained from other brands, but rather ash blond, or what we used to call "dishwater blond." Best thing I ever did was switch to EsalonSo I have never been a fan of going to the hairdressers because I have social anxiety. I have always cut and coloured my own hair at home but I have always used box hair dyes. I have naturally curly hair and I have made so much effort to enhance my curls and take care of my hair over the past few years. However box hair dyes would always leave my hair feeling dry, and my curl pattern would be damaged from them. Since switching to Esalon colours my hair is super soft all the time, it does not feel damaged at all after dying. My curls are the best they have ever been and my hair has literally had a glow up. I am so happy with the product. The colour is beautiful, no damage and leaves the hair looking blended, natural, soft and shiny. Liked color match but grey isn’t coveredProduct came quickly and with easy directions. Like the color match…I sent a picture and I think that was helpful.
