Perfect every timeI'm still so happy with my color and I just called customer service to reschedule my next order and it was unbelievably easy! Also, easily added color for my ends. Sheesh. I usually HATE calling to do things like this but they made me feel like I can call all the people and resolve all the things! Beautiful color - Simple applicationI am so happy with the results of eSalon’s personalized at home color set. It was easy to use and I have never colored my hair before. Custom Hair ColorI've been a customer for a while and this is my first review of the products. I have experienced the consistency of these products never wavering from what they offer. Best hair dye I have ever triedI have been trying for what seems like forever to find a hair dye that is the same colour as I had when I was naturally a redhead in my younger years. I have now found it. Even my gray hair has gone. Not sure yet if it will come through again. Only time will tell. Thank you so much eSalon, it is perfect. Had to pay import tax the second time I was sent the products, however eSalon credited the cost to my account. Thank you again. It’s now 27th Jan 2019 and am even more in love with my colour than 6 months ago. I have asked for 2 adjustments and every time the changes were just as I asked. Wonderful!I have spent so much money over the years at a stylist! I decided to try eSalon as I am now on a fixed budget. I love it! My hair is gray and the color works great! I even have some highlights because of the gray being lighter than the rest of my hair. I recommend this product to all women who are turning gray. Great product!This was only my second time coloring my own hair. The color made for me was exactly what I was hoping for. It covered my grays, and the step by step instructions were easy to use. Radiant RedI have a lot of golds and browns in my red hair and this color has captured all of that, not making it look like my color has come from a box.
