Very impressedI put off colouring my hair during lockdown but the greys became too much, I was really impressed with the colour match to my existing colour, and the grey coverage. I'm now 4 weeks post colouring and only my new regrowth is showing (ie the colour hasn't faded anywhere else). I found the smell very strong (ammonia) which was a little shock after salon hair dyes, The application was very easy and instructions and video were clear. Shipping a ProblemColor never arrived. Called customer Service and order was resent. Order still has not arrived. Replacement color shipped 1st class USPS..... still waiting. Priority mail ,UPS or Fed Ex must be a problem but company does not care. Its been 2 weeks without color and a replacement is sent 1st class?? Issue with tiered color, grey coverage.Sadly, greys are not totally covered and look sort of sparkly and orangy near my hairline. I love the concept of salon coloring at home, and I take some responsibility for my lack of experience and skill with hair color application, but I am evaluating if the product is right for me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
