Awful color!I got my package and was so excited to try this product. It came beautifully and carefully package but the color itself it's awful. I ordered a very basic color (Dark Ash Blonde), even sent pictures for the colorist to review and the end results are a disaster. It came orangy and light. I've been dying my hair for 15 yrs and tried several brands of color. I know this is not a base color 7 let alone an ash undertone. Extremely dissapointed! Such a beautiful natural looking colour.I love the colour that I got. And the personalisation on the bottles is a very nice touch. The colour was easy to apply, covered the ample amount of grey hairs well and lasted very well. The consultation process was a delight and my Colourist was superb. Complete coverageI am so impressed with the custom color and how well it covers gray.
