Product and Process Exceeded ExpectationsUnlike other competitive services, Esalon provided me with one on one color consultation based on pictures I sent in, and by requesting more detail about what my preferred color outcome would be. Since this is the first time I have used their products, I completely understood that we may need to tweak a little here or there for next time. The only thing I would change, is a little more support for grays at the temples and hairline around the forehead. And finally, the packaging, detailed, customized instructions and tools you need to apply your color are unlike anything I've seen, outside of going to the salon. Rick color, but darkCovers grays and included plenty of product but color was darker then it had been. Requested more dimension with caramel etc., but color seemed uniform and a bit darker. Crap color for too much moneyI tried this brand three separate times. Three. And ever single time the product either didn’t come out dark at all or didn’t even stick to my hair. I followed the instructions to a T. And nothing. They also refused to refund me even after I insisted multiple times. Received product damagedPackage crushed during transit, causing developer to spread on to the other products and not be able to utilize the color system. Would like to postpone all future orders. WRONG COLORso unhappy with my last color! I asked for a shade lighter than my last color and it was several shades darker. It was a super dark brown and very unflattering.
