Didn't cover my grayUnfortunately the color didn't work for me, it didn't cover my gray hair and it has this yellowish tone. Also instruction said that I have 2 pair of gloves but it was just one so I lost time trying to find gloves to use it after I applied color to the ruts. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not satisfied with the "gray coverage"I followed all of the directions, step by step, but it did not cover the gray completely. About a few days later, I was back to square one. Not for meI wasn't crazy about my color. It was just blah and too dark. For the extra money, I thought it would be just amazing. I wanted a shade lighter and was told they couldn't do that but would send me more of the same. I had to email them several times explaining what I wanted. They finally came up with an idea and sent me another product. This time the color was too red. The colorist just doesn't seem to understand what I want.
