So easy!Easy ordering process and quick shipping. Shipment came with roots and ends application, brush and kit of gloves, shampoo, conditioner and stain guard/remover. Instructions were easy to follow and result was true to the color chosen, which was darkest brown intense pearl. As a side note, when washing out your dye it can feel a little clumpy close to scalp and hard to rinse out. I would suggest shampooing twice. Once with the shampoo received with the kit and the shampoo you have on hand. All around, extremely satisfied.
