Better than any salon!I am so pleased with every eSalon experience that I have had. I first tried demi permanent, and the color was so wonderful, that my second order was for permanent coloring. Jasmine gave me beautiful color both times. It matches my natural red color better than any salon coloring that I have had. I am thrilled. My hair color is unusual, so I originally sent three pictures and followed up with a phone call. I gave additional information when I was switching to permanent color. Color is goodOverall, I am happy with the product and the result. Great coverage for greys, so long as I put it in the right places. I am going to keep my membership, but maybe ask if there is a modification to prevent the color from getting a bit brassy? I've used it 3 months in a row and it's definitely better than anything I have bought at the drug store, and the beauty supply (as far as consistency and smell, and being less drying for sure). Lovely ResultsI took this seriously and answered the questionnaire truthfully. My husband applied the color and I am so happy with the results. It came out sooooooo good!!!!!I can not believe how good this came out. The color match was perfect, and that never happens to me!! I've never been happier with an in-home color, ever. It looks so natural which is so hard to achieve with my fair skin and brownish reddish blondish (grayish!!!) hair. Thank you so much!!! I am sooooo happy!!! Lasting colorI finally used this product after having it in my cabinet for quite awhile. I had been going to the salon, until covid hit and wasn’t able to go any longer. I actually think the color is a closer match to what I wanted, than my stylist had done in the past. It’s been about 6 weeks now and still have good gray coverage. The store-bought products I’ve used in the past usually last about 3 weeks. I will be renewing my auto-shipment now, and can’t see myself paying the amount I used to at the salon. Color Improvements a Dud!Hello Esalon Just wanted to give some feedback on my most recent color experience with you! As you know I've been coloring my hair with your kits for a couple years now. My husband puts the color on for me and commented this time that it was kinda gooey. He said it didn't mix well and I thought maybe the heat during the shipping made it that way? I live in AZ. It arrived on the 10JUL and I got my mail each day. Just FYI. I kinda didn't pay much attention until I got in the shower to fill the container with water and lather it up in my hair. I looked in container and it was all gray and stuck in the container. It didn't mix up well with the water but I applied it anyway. Finished the rinse after lathering up for 2 min. Afterwards I looked in container again. It was all stuck in container at bottom and on sides. Not the typical caramel in color but a gray matter color. My hair isn't green or anything but not sure I like your improvements. I did take pictures of the bottom of bottle and on outside and you can see it in my pictures. I have been a satisfied customer for awhile but not sure it will continue with this product enhancement you supposedly made. Thanks and Hope to hear back from your team.
