Hair color came out exactly as expected.This is my second time using eSalon hair products & I’m very pleased with the outcome. My hair still feels soft after this latest color treatment and I noticed that I lost very little hair after every shampoo, provided that I continue to use eSalon Shampoo & Conditioner - sure enough, these products are of high quality. Awesome color... I love it!My first order did not color my greys completely. However, when I reached out to the eSalon team, they adjusted it and also added some mahogany to give it some depth! In fact they even sent me a free ends refresher to even out the color! All my greys are perfectly hidden ( I have a lot!!) and I love the shine it has now! I have to mention- the team is awesome and their advice is brilliant! A side note-- if you are ordering from outside US, it does take a little over 3 weeks for the package to arrive (due to covid, not to fault anyone! ) so you should take that into account 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Change hair color.I want to you know that the hair color that I chose was dark in my hair. Didn’t work well in my hair. I think I’ll go for a lighter color for my hair. I took long to apply the hair color, because of COVID-19 my hairdresser’s business was close. Now the business is open. I told my hairdresser to do new hair cut for me. Now my hair is shorter.
