Best at home color hands down.I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!! New ReviewI recently gave 2 stars as I wasn't happy with the product. ESalon reached out and fixed my hair colour. It was much better and I wasn't charged custom fee. Didn’t cover my grayI filled out comments said that I wanted to cover my grays. I said I had black hair. I was sent soft black and it was brown basically so my gray was still there. Helped me overcome my fear of coloring my hair!I'm a natural strawberry blonde, and over the years I had seen women attempting to dye their hair the same color as mine and they seemed to fail miserably. Never had the same tone or luster as mine, and I could spot the fake a million miles away. Anyway, now I'm pushing 40 and the grays are coming in fast and loud, and I found myself in quite a pickle. How the hell was I going to keep my color without looking clownish??? In swoops Genevieve with eSalon, and she mixed up a color that was nearly an exact match to my real color. I don’t know!Unfortunately I can't give a good review so far. I went abroad at the end of March. I ordered on March 13 because the website stated that it would be delivered within 1 week. But it took more than 3 weeks before it was shipped from the online store, and then a long time by post. So by the time I had to leave the set had not arrived.
