color did not lastthis is the first time my color did not last it was not even a full month and the color did not last. BeautifulSecond order of my hair dye and it is absolutely beautiful. The first order I had picked out more of a red brown, it was a lovely rich colour but not for me. Not the colour they said.I sent a picture of my present colour which had root growth, that i had tried to do, this had a very warm tone. I spoke a couple of times saying that i definitely wanted no warmth to the colourist, so i was advised that a light brown with ash tones would be the best, i was only going to do the root growth although this was now a good 6 inches, but the rest of the length was fine. I paid for fast delivery but it still took about 9 days to arrive. I followed the instructions and was left with a very strong warm colour more then before. I washed it a few times and even put a blue shampoo on which didnt make any differance. I have now had to put a colour stripper on and have a fair ginger colour on my growth. No i am not happy i ended up paying £26 for a colour supposed to be tayloured to me that has made my colour worse. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
