I wanted a shade lighter. It made my hair a shade darker instead.I have medium/dark brunette hair. I wanted a shade lighter, went with ash dark blonde. This "blonde" turned my brunette hair darker by a shade or two . I made sure to follow all the instructions, but have a darker result. change in color?The last color that I received and used, did not come out the normal color. Instead of having my normal red/copper color it turned out to be a very odd light brown. I wish I had been able to do something about it before I used it. The color in the bottle was a very light gold. Not my normal shade. Will you please look into what happened. Thank you very much. I decided to try your color one last time.I have been disappointed with both the color and the fact that my scalp and turned the same color as my hair. Not for meLet me start with the fact the color is AMAZING! However, I had an allergic reaction to the dye. The chemical smell though is what got me, it made my eyes burn and water, my nose and lungs sting, it was hard to catch my breath. I hope others have a better experience. Personal ServiceI love how when I ordered my first colour - it wasn't quite what I expected so I sent pictures and told the esalon team what I thought and they adjusted my colour to suit my requirements. You can't do that with shop bought colours! The personal service is great. The second colour was a lot more like I expected but I still want to tweak it again a bit so I'm hoping to adjust until I find the perfect colour. I've had lots of compliments on my new hair colour and it has definitely coloured the grey/white I had turned.
