Simply the BestI have been using the eSalon hair color for Over a year. It is so easy to use. Instructions are clear To follow. The result is beautiful, shiny and soft hair. Whenever I make an adjustment with the color it is an appropriate change and I have always been pleased with the results. I would NEVER spend the money to go to a Salon that overcharges and leaves you dissatisfied and sometimes with damaged hair. Worth a try!All in all experience was great~ from packaging, delivery, and the product. I have a very sensitive scalp but I didn't notice any residual itchiness on my scalp which what I normally experienced when I do it at the salon. As far as the color, I'm not satisfied with the first color of my choice so I'm reordering a different one and see if this is the one that I will really end up staying with. Love the custom colorI thought I knew why I wanted in my hair color until I tried what my colorist suggested might look better. Amazing! I couldn't be happier. The cost is a bit more than I can easily afford, but, with these results, I will put aside enough money to purchase from eSalon. I am trying the highlight kit today. The instructional video was simple and easy to understand. I expect the same great results I get with the overall color.
