Worth a try!All in all experience was great~ from packaging, delivery, and the product. I have a very sensitive scalp but I didn't notice any residual itchiness on my scalp which what I normally experienced when I do it at the salon. As far as the color, I'm not satisfied with the first color of my choice so I'm reordering a different one and see if this is the one that I will really end up staying with. Love the custom colorI thought I knew why I wanted in my hair color until I tried what my colorist suggested might look better. Amazing! I couldn't be happier. The cost is a bit more than I can easily afford, but, with these results, I will put aside enough money to purchase from eSalon. I am trying the highlight kit today. The instructional video was simple and easy to understand. I expect the same great results I get with the overall color. Love the colorFirst of all I hate to color my hair even at the salon. But I also like my hair dark and red which I am not so alas I have to go thru it regularly. That being said I was very happy about the process and the result of the esalon color. It was easy, it looks good and the price is right.
