I may have forgotten to review this but there's NO WAY I will EVER forget the absolute satisfaction and pleasure I received from esalon's fast delivery and flawless coverage and beautiful color of my first ever order from them! Not to mention the tremendous cost savings of this vs getting my hair done in the salon! I absolutely loved it!

I really like the product but last order I did not receive a brush and only one pair of gloves , which made it very difficult. I wrote to you but no reply I don’t think my hair came out as well as it could have 😐

Loved the red

I loved the red ... but you still have yet to give me my “want” ... I WANT ALL MY HAIR RED not just the roots . As I have repeatedly mentioned, I colored my hair BLACK so all except the regrowth is black and I don’t want that... I need THAT black STRIPPED OFF... hear me please! So far all I’ve received are BANDAIDS... NOT MY WANT.... HELP PLEASE
