Color does not seem to stay.My color seems to fade quickly and not represent what I ordered. Have done 2 shipments so far and will be discontinuing. Great customer service as one of my shipments was delayed and they mailed a replacement right away. Another comment i have is that I was never told to keep the brush and plastic bowl after first application therefore I threw it away expecting to receive another and I did not therefore was a bit disappointed when I had to do bottle application. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Jury is still out...I will first start by saying that the color is great and covers grey wonderfully! However, I am still deciding how this is reacting to my hair. I have done one all-over coloring, and one root touch up since joining, and i feel this color really dries my hair out. I have experienced more shedding and breakage since using this brand. A week ago I gave my hair a protein treatment and my hair feels much healthier, so I am hoping that will start to make a difference. I have medium length fine hair. I also feel the color is a bit off. I requested a Beige brown color, but it tends to pull too red on my medium brown/grey hair. I did not send an actual picture of my natural color, so maybe that is my fault. But it seems I need to get some more "beige" tones put into the color formula, (more light brown and grey). Wow!I have a lot of hair and usually end up running out of color, but it was the perfect amount! The end result was beautiful and the color was exactly what I wanted. The grey coverage was great!
