Natural lookingSo I naturally have red-copper colored hair. Started going white in spots. Went to Aveda salons twice and my hair came out wierd colors that do not exist in the real world. I like this color except it did not cover the white hairs and the I almost passed out from the ammonia smell in the shower even with the vents all going. The smell was SO strong. Yuck. Hair colorI bought the suggested color which is a dark auburn based on what used to be my natural color. I enjoyed the packaging and personalized instruction but the color was off. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Quality is goneI loved your products when I started with you, but each thing you have changed over the years has been in the wrong direction. The shampoo is no good the condition is worse. I was willing to go with gloves that were terrible but the product change you made on the color is the last straw. The product would not come out of the bottle and I had to shake it out in my all white bathroom. It was so thick and the bottle was so poor that I could get it out. Yes I did cut the tip off.
