TerribleI’m not leaving the house until I can get this fixed. I sent in pictures and chose a dark brown red copper hair color on my dark brown hair. I explained it as a dark burgundy... my roots are blonde copper and my ends are about 15 different other colors. My hair doesn’t even look healthy. New Improved Scalp Clearing is very Good BUT hair loss increase BadThe new formula (from last two shipments) is a clear improvement in terms of ease of application and removal but I experienced significant hair breakage and hair loss both times. I happen to have lots and lots of hair, it's fine and very porous and curly so it would be awhile before it would cause me serious grief but not sure how long I want to continue since it seems unhealthy. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Love the new formula!Love the new formula! I've always thought esalon has the best color for me but I've had trouble getting it washed out of my hair. It seemed to turn almost solid after leaving it in and would take almost an hour to wash out. I found myself losing hair in the attempt, and would still find color for the next few washes. This time, it washed out easily! I thought it was just a fluke until I saw the note about the new formula that easily washed out.
