I'm very very happy with the color and adjustments that have been prepared just for me and my specific preference. The initial color for me was spot on, it did darken a bit after a couple more colorings. I chose an auburn color and as everyone knows reds are hard to maintain. I reached out to the support team and they corrected my formula in less than 24 hours, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I couldn't be happier, thank you Esalon for caring so much about your customers😊My hair feels and looks awesome!! No more long days and empty wallets from goin to the hair salon

The Best

This color is perfect for me. I have an outrageous amount of gray and it covers it all perfectly and lasts longer than other color I have used. I highly recommend the stain wipes, as they got rid of every bit of black dye I got on my skin.

After tweeking my formula a couple of times, Sarah got the perfect cover for my problematic white roots and thin spots. It still looks great after 3 weeks!! Thank you for your terrific patience Sarah!! You’re the best!!

I chose a reddish brown with gold mixed in. Loved the color and got so many compliments on it. The another great part about the service is you get how to videos on coloring your own hair and you can adjust the color when you want to.
