Great colorWith the help of the eSalon support , I was provided with the perfect color. This was my first time coloring my own hair and I had many questions regarding permanent vs. demi permanent. Because I did not want commitment to a permanent color (not knowing how it would turn out) I chose demi permanent and it was EXACTLY what I wanted for covering my gray. The support team is wonderful. Initially they sent me permanent (to best cover my gray) vs the demi permanent (which is what I requested); however, they corrected the the order at no charge. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Got it rightMy husband was my colorist in our first attempt at home hair coloring. He was a champ and a perfectionist. I was tired of paying salon prices. I figured esolan could be the next best option. “ AND IT WAS!!!”. I am a true redhead, unfortunately with age I have had to enhance the red. Y’all know what I mean. I am in week 3 1/2 and the color is still awesome and roots are not in need of any color!! The color that I picked after the questionnaire was just what I thought it would be. Very happy! I am extending the next color to 6 weeks instead of 5, I maybe able to extend it to 8 weeks. I will keep you posted. Perfect colorI can’t find the words to express how pleased I am with the color! It matched my hair perfectly!Also, whenever I had my hair done at the hairdresser, there was always some tingling, burning sensation, Not with the eSalon mixture. The personal instructions were easy to follow. The Classic shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft and shiny. I purchased the cape which is excellent quality as well as the classic shampoo and conditioner. Also the accessories, bowl, clips for dividing the hair into sections. The Best Gift Ever From a FriendWatching my gray roots become unmanageable during Covid and fearing to go out anywhere, I told a friend that I was looking a bit shaggy and gray. She recommended e-salon and I have to say, this is the best advice I've ever had. Box dyes were not doing the job, but these colors were perfect and covered the gray to perfection. Wow, just wow!I love my new color. The colorist did a fantastic job formulating the color based on current overgrown highlights, and desire to go dark with those highlights into low lights. My Husband, My Colorist!My husband (who knows nothing about coloring hair) but who is a very patient man, has been coloring my hair the past 3-4 months with eSalon. I am using a light blond mix and finding the color is quite closely matched and I am very happy with it. He finds it easier to apply the product from a bowl rather than the squeeze bottle, putting the brush in the bowl to re-apply more color. The shampoo and conditioner they provide makes your hair feel so healthy and the purple rinse that was included with the first month, I use it every shampooing as it takes any brassiness out and I still have some left, but I wash my hair every 3-5 days. One suggestion: rinse the color out in the sink and not the shower. Since I had to take a shower the last time we colored my hair, I thought I would just be very careful not to get the product in my eyes as I was rinsing (with my head held back but under the showerhead ) but as careful as I tried to be, it's impossible not to have some run into your eyes. I rinsed them with water and saline solution, but maybe due to my allergies, my eyes itched terribly for days!
