First time usingPretty disappointed. After dying my hair, color was basically the same as what it was before but darker which I didn’t want. Sent a photo of the color I wanted In the instructions and the result didn’t have the shade or pop I was looking for. Could've done a better job with products from Sally’s beauty. Loved this entire processOverall i feel like ordering from e salon was the best choice I’ve made in awhile! My hair color didn’t end up exactly as I thought it would but the color is still pretty. My hair is softer and more manageable than before and the easy to understand instructions really helped me nail this at home hair coloring. And when I told my Estylist that the color wasn’t quite what I expected they offered to help me fix it for free. ExcellentFirst time colouring my own hair during lockdown. I ordered from Esalon with some trepidation but I need not have worried. The first time I used the products the colour was slightly too dark but this was soon corrected by ESalon and subsequent deliveries have been perfect. Easier than imaginedFriend told me about salon during quarantine. It’s easier than I could have imagined. I’ve been a salon person for many years and when I couldn’t get out I thought I’d give this a try.
