Love the box!I got so excited to try my customised hair colour. I really like how easy it was to follow and liked the smell and the way it felt on and after; not tacky or itchy as it sometimes does after the salon. The only down side is I have really tough grey hairs ; especially on the side of my head near my ears and even after repeating the roots the day after they are still there ...so a little bit disappointed as I was hoping to replace using esalon rather than a salon 😕 3 of 3 people found this review helpful. Product never arrivesIt takes 4-5 weeks to receive an order, if it even ever arrives. The service team is literally no help. My last order never arrived at all and service says they can not even track it. I color my hair every 2-3 weeks which is impossible w/ the delivery issues. Just not for me.My hair pulls red. Knowing this I ordered a dark ash blonde thinking it looked on the cooler side of things. It pulled red. I called and explained. They sent a mask and a color specifically design cool for me. I was instructed to wait 3 weeks and recolor. The second batch, again, pulled red. Called again and was told to make a salon appointment for corrective color because, "all of our colors are warm". Roots were TERRIBLE! NO GREY COVERAGE!I am beyond angry and upset with my experience! It said total grey coverage and I can plan as day STILL see greys and it didn't seem to do ANYTHING to my roots.
