Best hair colour I've ever had and so natural!I have natural red hair and it's faded as I've gotten older. This is the only hair colour I've ever used that produces a natural red/auburn colour without being too red. It's so close to my original colour I couldn't be happier. Just the right colourThe box arrived and was well packed with everything I needed. I followed the instructions and realised that I had not been doing the last step at home and now know to do that in the future. When I did this I realised that is what the salon do before shampoo and conditioner at the sink. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner that came in the pack. I will most liking buy some when my current stock of shampoo is needing replaced. Perfect!!!I loved the color!!! My natural hair color is dark brown with some gray hair I bought a medium ash and it was perfect for my hair. It did cover all the gray hairs and gave me a very natural ash color with no brassy, my hair looks so shining and smooth.
