Cost too muchDelivery took too long with my first order and once I did get it. I discovered I was also paying for shipping. The product doesn't last any longer then the store product. I needed to change my auto ship date and in doing so I received to packages with a couple of days of one another. within a week of that delivery I received another. I canceled and I needed to call to see about getting refunded. I was told, they could only refund me for 1 order and to send it back through the mail. I also found out that you need to follow up with a phone call to make sure everything is canceled. Too much of a headache to be bothered with this company. Color is perfectColor is perfect. I have had to vary color slightly at times but each time it comes out great. Easy to use product. Prior to using eSalon I had never colored my own hair. During this Covid craziness we moved out of state and I couldn't find a salon that I liked as much as my previous hairdresser. Thought I would try coloring my own hair. Best at home colorI have always gone to the salon but when Covid-19 plagued us I had to find an alternative. The salons are back open now but I love this color so much and the money I’m saving I am still doing my own hair, at home, and getting compliments every day!
