Warm hues--just what I wantedI so appreciate the process of doing my own hair, considering a cut & color (medium priced salons) in my town runs about $225-275! Ruined My CountertopI've used your hair color a year ago, decided to give it another try because the compliments were non-stop and I loved it. I used most of the solution and noticed the bottle was warmer than when I started but I left the bathroom to set my timer and to get another towel. Same exact color as before.Sorry, there was no change in my color after using my last color set after requesting more red. Helps that you do not disclose what is sent thus , like the “Emperors New Clothes” we think it is different. It was not. I requested more red. Got it wrongFollowed tie directions carefully and the color was a dark brown mass. No dimension of color or shine. I washed it twice and got out some of the dark and unflattering mass but at least another wash until it looks like hair. Very disappointed. Please cancel future orders.
