Same exact color as before.Sorry, there was no change in my color after using my last color set after requesting more red. Helps that you do not disclose what is sent thus , like the “Emperors New Clothes” we think it is different. It was not. I requested more red. Got it wrongFollowed tie directions carefully and the color was a dark brown mass. No dimension of color or shine. I washed it twice and got out some of the dark and unflattering mass but at least another wash until it looks like hair. Very disappointed. Please cancel future orders. It worked on long hair w highlights!Very pleased with the service and outcome. I had bad highlights coloring experience in November 2023 and was frustrated with how damaged and patchy my hair looked. I waited 6 months to color it again and I have lost trust in hair salons. They either cut my hair too short or mess up my color, so I decided to do it myself. Esalon instructions on how to deal with blonde highlighted hair was fantastic. My hair is now a few shades darker and it looks great. I love my hair color!The color matched my original hair color to a tee and covered the gray that was coming in! I have had my hair color now for 6 weeks! The color is lasting well - my hair has shine and the gray is covered. It is time for a touch up though as my roots are coming in with some grey. But no problem- the hair formula is easy to put on in specific areas - and the stains on hands, scalp or around hairline are easy to get off if you miss a spot or touch a spot without a glove on. Too brassyWhen selecting my color, I noted to the "hair care persons" that my hair held a lot of red and I usually go with the cool ash colors. I didn't get that but tried it anyway. Disappointed & dissatisfied in the color hair provided.I actually just used my first purchased of hair color. My sister did my hair & it turned out back to my normal color of dark brown. My color was chosen to be muhagony copper. Does not look at all muhagony or copper at all. Also I was charged on my April bill $38. When it was supposed to be $28.00, why? It's part of why I canceled my subscription with you. Mind you I did it before I did my hair color. Now there's 2 reason why I won't go back. I wanted some kind of muhagony or burgundy color. Auburn looks nice on me ( light) the picture I sent of me had some Lind of red in it. It was not dark brown. I would like a refund or try to get a better color choice for me & not charge me for it. Perfect, exactly what I wantedMy hair was a light brown, I had a plum color a few years ago but I tried so many formulations and different brands to get the same color and it never worked out so I just stopped dying it. I tried this, and it gave me the perfect color, and I think filled the cuticle a bit cause my curls are way less frizzy after the dye.
