Poor matchMy color was for my roots, and the results were not even close. The color came out brassy, and so light red/blonde color. I am very unhappy with their "color matching." Didn’t match color and didn’t cover graySadly I have to give my color a thumbs down. The color didn’t match at all. My hair is so dark it’s almost black. The dark brown that was used as my color looked more of light to medium brown color. My gray roots didn’t absorb the color either. So, currently I have dark hair with roots that are light.
