Amazing Color & EasyI wish I had found this product & service years ago. I just used for the first time, and I’m super impressed with the color match and all the tools and tips to help. The color is rich and the shampoo & conditioner make my hair feel luxurious. Also the smell is almost non-existent. I’m use to my hair smelling a little like color for the first day after a professional salon. I’m so glad that I don’t have to keep spending $$$ every 4 weeks to color my roots. Super Easy, Love the Color, Love the ShineI tried eSalon for the first time and I was amazed at how easy it was to cover up may gray hair. I loved the color the first time. As summer was coming to an end I knew I wanted to adjust the color for Fall. I did this with my second order. It was fantastic again. Works very well!Your product saved me from very long Snow White roots during this pandemic. It’s not difficult to use and I have very thick hair. Delivery is always on time. Instructions are clear. I think it would be easier to apply to someone else - if you have a relative or friend and could do each other’s hair. I have decided to stop using the product because the last time I somehow caught the end of the brush on the wall-mounted magnifying mirror that I must use to see anything up close and a small glob of dye ended up on the wall. Nothing I tried could remove the stain completely so I had to have the wall repainted. But for people with better vision, it is a great product with very pleasing results. Thank you. This just isn't for me.My first color was too light and the second too dark. I don't like how my hair feels after using this hair color. It was nice of the company to send a new color on them, but it just isn't right for me. My hair feels damaged and I am losing more hair than normal. There must be something in this formula that is too harsh for me. Plus, since so dark, I had to add highlights to bring it up to an acceptable color. The bleach in the highlights is damaging as well. Hair Color NightmareBuyer Beware!! I used this hair color for over a year and didn’t correlate the use of this to all my hair loss and thinning hair until just recently. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
