Love! Will be using again!I love the customizing, with the assurance that your getting the right color for best results for you specifically. The instructions had a pro tip that I had never done, but it is genius! Great coverage. My hair did turn out a little darker then I had hoped. But I know it had to be to cover the red dye in my hair that wouldn’t bleach out. And because it was recently beached it soaked up all the dye. I had just enough dye to cover my hair with about a table spoon left over. I have already discussed with my e-stylist that we are gonna use a little lighter of a color for round two, and they have changed my formula. Coarse HairMy hair is thick and coarse. Because of this I might need a bit more product and usually have to leave it on a bit longer. I am not sure if this is why I notice fading and the gray showing up sooner than usual. I really like the color we have chosen and it looks great for a washing or two. I am going to continue with eSalon and experiment with putting more product around my temples and leaving it on longer.
