Good tesultThis is the third time I used eSalon products. I had noticed last time that although I carefully followed the application instructions the grey was not completely covered. This time I requested a slight darkening of the shade. This seemed to work and I am happy with the results. The reason for the 4 star review is that is is very hard for me to really get to all the grey roots , especially in the back. Cannot get color rightI’ve used this product twice, at the recommendation of the esalon colorists, very disappointed as my roots ( dirty blonde hair) have come out an orangish brassy color. Warm hues--just what I wantedI so appreciate the process of doing my own hair, considering a cut & color (medium priced salons) in my town runs about $225-275! Ruined My CountertopI've used your hair color a year ago, decided to give it another try because the compliments were non-stop and I loved it. I used most of the solution and noticed the bottle was warmer than when I started but I left the bathroom to set my timer and to get another towel.
