Same colour as last oneHi team. After requesting a light brown and submitting new photos, I was disappointed to see that after dying my roots, it came out the same dark brown as my previous orders. Depending how it washes out, I may have to visit the salon again and pay lots of money to get the lighter root in again :( can you please review the picture sent and let me know if I can provide another one to get the light brown needles? DisasterI’m so angry right now, the root colour I received is wonderful a lovely copper tone although much darker than the advertised dark blonde copper I was being sent.
