OrangeI am so incredibly disappointed with this color. The root and end colors were so different that you can visually see the difference. Both the roots and ends are very orange. The end color looks like a pumpkin. My son actually asked me if I did my hair for Halloween. This is not ok and I have no idea how to fix it 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color did not takeThe color was not even close to what was promised. I did everything exactly as directed and somehow my roots, which were done first, took zero color. The rest of my hair ended up black without any of the tint I wanted. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

II'm in love with this serviceI recieved my first kit..I wanted the color a little more red so when asked before the next shipment I sent the colorist a note. She nailed it. My color and feel is perfect now.. YouI always recieve an enail asking if you want changes and telling you they are making your color on a certain date. You get to pick how often.
