Beutiful and richThank you, dear unknown colorist. I absolutely love the color—the mixture of chestnut with red accents was exactly what I wanted. Great coverage great feel!I have been a customer for years. Recently some positive changes have happened. Formerly after coloring my hair felt like I had smeared Vaseline on it. Color a little too darkColor was OK...Gray coverage good...Need my color to be a bit brighter This is e-mail I sent a few days ago: Sent: October 7, 2020 (10/7/2020) I saw the lovely color in my e-mail & I’m wondering if the “cinnamon pecan cake“ would look good on me. Please see photo below. If so, let me know & send me e-mail so I can try it with my next order. If not, please let me know that also. Color coverageI really liked the color. I did not think it covered the silver very well. It’s only been a few weeks and I can see silver throughout. Not really sure why? I don’t have typical “roots” it’s more diffuse. Thoughts??? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great product to save trip to salonI started using during the pandemic when salons were closed. I really like the product and the feel on my scalp and hair but it took 3 or 4 shipments to get my color correct. My hair is much darker than I want - I selected golden brown and my hair is definitely dark brown. My colorist has worked with me and the color is correct now but will take time for all my hair to grow out and be the right color. Not happyI have asked that my color be changed, I’ve sent photos of my hair the color I want and you keep sending me a darker color. My hair color is red NOT burgundy and MORE brownish color at that.
