The entire top of my head turned out this awful brassy color.... I have NEVER had this problem with anyone other products ever

I sent a message to my colorist asking if there were any changes that could be made in my then-usual color to more effectively cover the peeking gray. Like a magician she created a new color for those naughty peeking grays and it is AMAZING!! I love the results! The new shade blends with the prior color beautifully. Thank you!!!

I covered up blonde highlights and I have dark hair. I received an email from the colorist suggesting a primer to ensure the color "took". She warned me it might be red or purple but not to freak out because that was just step 1. Step 2 was the actual color. My hair turned out wonderful, great color and it hasn't been this soft in ages. The personalized color and services are greatly appreciated and I can't wait for my next shipment!

Less hair loss

I was using drugstore box hair color for years and I think that was causing my hair to fall out in lumps. I started using esalon about 4 months ago & find substantially less hair fallout. I haven't been to a hair salon since the beginning of the year due to covid, so now my hair is almost mid-back length & quite full, so I'm happy to have switched to esalon.
